4800 / 4850
The 4800 corner sofa was designed by Henk Vos and has been part of Gelderland's collection since 1982. It was Vos' first design for Gelderland. The 4800 corner sofa offers unprecedented comfort, and its clear lines make it a valuable addition to any interior.
The corner sofa is part of the iconic 4800 series, which has many different options.
For instance, in addition to a corner sofa in different versions, there are also several regular sofas, a loveseat and an armchair. There is also the 4850 series: the same iconic design as the 4800, but with a deeper seat making the sofa more of a lounging experience.
The 4800 series offers a wide choice of fabrics. Due to the sleek shapes of the design, we recommend a stretchy fabric such as wool, which will do justice to the shape.
Gelderland's 4800 / 4850 sofa is entirely of Dutch origin. The sofa is produced locally and by hand in our Culemborg factory. In addition, our unique strip upholstery makes it possible to reupholster the sofa, which lasts for generations. We give a 20-year guarantee on the beech wood body and a 7-year guarantee on upholstery fabrics, leather and foam.
